Mushroom Hot Cocoa (3 Month Upgrade)

I’ve been drinking this about 20 minutes before bed for two weeks now, and the melatonin plus reishi combo really knocks me out without leaving that groggy morning fog. The cocoa tastes rich and comforting, not overly sweet, which makes it easy to stick with as a nightly ritual.

The cocoa itself is smooth and not too sweet, which I like before bed, and I do feel sleepier about 30 minutes after drinking it. Knocked off one star because the 3-month supply seems to run out faster than I expected — maybe I'm just using more per mug than I should.
