Four weeks in and the MCT definitely smooths out the energy curve—no jittery crash by 3pm like with regular coffee. I just wish the mushroom taste was a bit more subtle, but the focus boost makes it worth the ritual.

The mushroom blend itself is fine, though I can't say I've noticed any real shift in my focus or that "calm energy" they advertise. The 3-month plan is honestly a lot of the same powder to get through, and I found myself forgetting to take it most days by the second month.
